Full Exercise Routine

Below is a full chair based work out designed for our members that would usually exercise in our chair-assisted or chair only classes. It is a full body workout that will help improve your cardiovascular fitness and core strength.

10 Minute Core Workout

This is a short 10 minute workout for your core muscles that help with stability, mobility and posture. It is designed for our members that  It should be used in addition to your daily activities. This workout is designed for our members that would usually exercise in our chair-assisted or chair only classes.
